General:
This website uses JavaScript to sense the resolution of your monitor. This
information is displayed on sub-section thumbnail pages below the images. Once
your screen resolution is sensed the thumbnails automatically link to the
correct background image for your resolution. If the image of choice is not
avaliable in your monitor's resolution the closest (smaller) sized image is
automatically linked to through the thumbnail. You can always over-ride the
automatic size selection by manually selecting your prefered size from the
resolution lists beside the thumbnails.

Regardless of your operating system (OS), platform, etc, you can experiment
with smaller or "under-sized" images (eg, a 640*480 image on an 800*600
monitor), playing with placement (such as centering the image on your screen,
etc) colours and more.
Note, filling or stretching the wallpaper to fill a screen may
distort the image depending upon your monitor's resolution.
Most of all, Have Fun! It's only a picture!
